I have to admit, when I'm hosting Thanksgiving, the cranberry sauce is the last thing I worry about. I usually just buy the canned cranberry sauce, slice it up and throw it on a pretty plate. But this year I want to give the cranberry sauce some extra attention. So, I'm going to try this salad recipe from the winthrop chronicles.
