CIRCUS THEMED 1st BIRTHDAY PARTY
I love this party because it totally shows how you don't have to go completely over the (big) top to make a birthday special, fun and colorful. Personalized touches like the photo banner, smash cake and unique birthday hat put the spotlight where it should be – on the birthday boy!
