This couple looks like they know how to have fun and really wanted to make sure their wedding was fun for guests, too. I love the logo they used - very reminiscent of the Las Vegas logo. But yet, they used quaint rustic items like birdcages and wine corks that were in line with the outdoor location. So glad that Michigan's Dan and Melissa Photography shared the special details with us!

ELEGANT PHANTOM OF THE OPERA TABLE
Here is a tablescape that was not only beautifully executed, but done for a good cause by Andrea Harrison of Tantalizing Tablescapes & Decor. Andrea explains the story behind the event and cause. (There's more information on contributors and the organization after the photos.)
"Earlier this year, I participated in the 5th Annual Powerstories 'Gift of Story Gala' which supports scholarships for middle school girls to participate in their Girlstories Leadership Program." The theme this year was "Theatre in Central Park."
"New this year was the 'dining by design' experience. All of the VIP tables were decorated by a local designer to provide the ultimate dining experience at the gala. I had the honor of designing a table to be judged that evening; and I am proud to say I won!"
The event was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Tampa in early March. Danielle Vona of The Marketing Posse was the table sponsor and made this design possible. Tantalizing Tablescapes & Decor created the table design. Heather Rowland, Owner/Operator of Beautiful Floral Designs took the floral design that I had in my head and created it. The candelabra was on loan from Elegant Events. Brandi Morris of Brandi Image Photography took the "professional shots". The others were taken by myself.
Founded in 2000, Powerstories Theatre is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. They won the Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award in 2010 presented by First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House. In 2013 Powerstories Founder, Fran Powers, was awarded the Tampa Bay Lightening Hero Award.

COMMUNION PARTY WITH AMAZING FOOD DISPLAYS
This Communion party comes to us from Rome, Italy. The paper work and food displays are equally amazing. The stationery and design was done by Momenti di Stile. I love the paper houses and what about that penguin made from an eggplant?! Thank you to Rome photographer, White Rabbit for capturing and sharing the details.

PINK AND GOLD FIRST BIRTHDAY
Little Zara was adorned in glittery gold and pink for her first birthday–as every little princess should! A couple of my favorite details are the mini "ONE" crown and tulle covered high chair. Thanks to California's Urban Shutter Bug for sharing the photos.

DIY OUTDOOR SERVING STATION
Now that outdoor entertaining is in full swing, do you find that you need a little extra "counter space" outside? I love this idea from live laugh rowe. She even thought about the bottle opener on the side! Find the full tutorial here.
