Paper Straw Garland

Paper straws are definitely used for more than just drinking at parties.  But I think this is the first time I've seen them used as a garland.  They look like fireworks, don't they??  Buy them in blue and red–perfect for July 4th!  But cute for a candy shoppe or other retro themed party, too.
