ROSE GOLD GRADUATION & 18th BIRTHDAY PARTY

If you have a daughter, I bet you have something rose gold in the house, whether it's a phone, jewelry, shoes or other accessory. This is a great example of how fashion trends influence the party scene. This rose gold soiree is elegant, but the color palette keeps it young and fresh. Before the party, family and friends gathered for a rose ceremony where they shared personal stories about this sweet girl. How special! Thank you to California's Dirt, Pearls and Curls Photography for sharing this special occasion.

HANDMADE LITTLE MERMAID PARTY

Relatives from all over the world came to celebrate this little girl's 1 year birthday! The Little Mermaid was the perfect theme to commemorate the event. As Katie Messer of Salute Life Photography explained, when a little girl turns one "it's almost like staring into the ocean, not knowing what is around the next wave." Looks like this is just the beginning of many fun memories to be made.

FAIRYTALE ELEGANCE IN THIS ALICE IN WONDERLAND SHOOT

Whimsical meets fairytale elegance with a sprinkle of madness in this styled shoot submitted by Ontario, Canada photographer Audrey Mills.  As you peruse the amazing picturesque details put together by White Rabbit Events, you'll notice the efforts made to incorporate something old, something new, and something blue into the decor. There is so much to revel in and be inspired by in this tea party that would even make the Mad Hatter proud! The myriad of vintage tea cups, books and candles playfully strewn across the table, the themed cookies on each plate setting; the vintage furniture I wish I owned, and so much more!

UNICORN PRINCESS PARTY

OMG you guys! I was in New York for the last 2 1/2 weeks planning on using a family member's computer to keep my posts going... well... let's just say I didn't get the access and tools I needed and I just gave up trying to make it happen. I was so disappointed, but am back today (as of 2:30 am!) and ready to roll again starting with this lovely pastel unicorn party submitted by Kentucky's Jenfolio Wedding and Portrait Photography. A Design Decor went all out for their six year old daughter's party. I am in love with the paper flowers over the dessert table and on the back of the chairs. Enjoy!

SOUTHERN SWEET SIXTEEN

This sweet sixteen had the perfect day to welcome friends and family from Texas and Mexico to celebrate her milestone birthday. The decor was rustic to complement the lovely green landscape fo the venue. The birthday girl and family brought the glam with their stunning attire. Thanks to Texas photographer Chevy Chey Photography for taking and sharing photos of the memorable day.

GIRLY WINTER ONE-DERLAND BIRTHDAY

Pink and silver, powdered donuts and some sparkle delivers the right amount of magic for this little girl's first birthday party. The use of crepe paper is a great way to make a backdrop that's easy and affordable. A photo banner is also another easy DIY decor item, since we all have SO many photos during our child's first year. Thanks to Maryland's Emily T. Photography for submitting the photos.
