My friend Sarah introduced me to these Pinterest parties that people are having at their homes. When she first mentioned it I just figured it was basically a simple one-craft party, but this one is much more involved than that. You actually create 4-5 projects, all ideas taken from Pinterest. The guests can even bring a gift for everyone--something they personally made from Pinterest.I think this is a great idea, because 1) there are people who need a little motivation or encouragement to make something they find on Pinterest 2) You come away with a lot of stuff! 3) This is a fun, social way to get a lot of DIY gifts done -- so perfect to do around the holidays or to prepare for a fundraiser.
