This is one of those projects that just makes me sigh, wishing I had the patience and ability to make something like this. (I shy away from anything needing power tools!) PVC Wine Bottle Holder
This is one of those projects that just makes me sigh, wishing I had the patience and ability to make something like this. (I shy away from anything needing power tools!)
