Fun Indoor Winter Activities

If you watched the Denver/Ravens game this past Saturday you know we are in a bad cold snap here in Colorado.  It was literally 1-degree when I dropped my kids off at school this morning!  When it's that cold, it's not fun being outside. Finding stuff to do with the kids inside is not easy.  Here are a few ideas (beyond the pillow fort!) to bring the winter fun inside.
Clockwise from top left:
1) Just because Christmas is over doesn't mean you can't make fun candy houses!  Make igloos, snowmen or candy houses with sugar cubes from Delia Creates

2) Get crafty with this adorable snowman vase made with epsom salts from Madigan Made

3) Instead of play dough, try this "Snow Fluff" made with shaving cream from Inspired by Family Magazine

4) It's always fun to bake with kids.  Try these "snowball cookies" from Go Bold With Butter

How do you keep the fun going when it's way too cold outside??
