DIY Paper Fans

We went to a few graduation parties over the weekend, and this would have been great to have to keep cool!  I think paper fans are such a smart giveaway at a summer party–especially because they are a total functional item. Besides helping to keep guests cool, you can print the menu on them or a message relevant to the party (e.g. if it's a graduation party, say something fun about the guest of honor).
