You gotta love Dollar Store Crafts! Inexpensive, yet they somehow manage to look much more than a few bucks! Here's a mobile craft that would make a great focal point for a whimsical girl's party, garden party or shower. I love it, because even though it's made with Christmas ornaments, nothing about it speaks Christmas--just fun.
