Bright Retro Dessert Table

I have another bold and colorful styled dessert table submitted and photographed by Erin Johnson Photography.  Erin Johnson Photography brought us this amazing Sweets Spectacular table.  This retro styled dessert table serves up great inspiration for any Spring event–or of course, a retro/diner themed party.  I love how they made the cupcakes look like milk shakes with straws and cherries on top.  And other cupcakes look like root beer floats in taller glasses! MONKEY THEMED FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY

Mom and photographer, Erin Leigh of Erin Leigh Studio Photography & Design certainly had a vision for her son, Luca's, first birthday party.  That vision included a green and blue color palette and a lot of DIY projects that she did herself: banner, signs, cupcake toppers and lots more!  I think my favorite elements are the cookies and cake.  They not only look super delicious, but their cute perfection add to the decor.  It's amazing that she was able to prepare everything and get it all on camera!

HAPPY YELLOW AND CORAL WEDDING

This bride-to-be used her favorite color yellow to add her personal touch to the wedding decor. Coupled with coral, the decor was bright and happy just like the newlyweds. This couple seems like the had so much fun on their big day! The cheery color palette and all the decor ideas can easily be used for a bridal shower or other warm weather celebration. Nature Inspired Dessert Table

For those of you that celebrate Easter, I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday.  We had a beautiful day here in Colorado.  It looks like Spring is finally here.  That's why this lovely nature-inspired dessert table photographed and submitted by Erin Johnson Photography is a perfect way to start the week! A few of my favorite elements: the 3-dimensional tags and the yarn strung embroidery hoops used for the background.  There's great inspiration for any nature or bird-themed special occasion. ROMANTIC HOME WEDDING

Valentine's Day is just about a month away and what better way to get inspired than to revel in a couple's wedding photos?! This one is extra special because it took place at the couple's stunning home. They used a green and pink color palette to transform their home, with flowers designed by Laurel Wood Designs.  Towards the end of the day, the groom surprised his new wife with a trip to Tahiti!  How's that for a happy ending?!  Thanks to Erin Nicastro Photography in New Jersey for taking and submitting the photos.

Colorful Springtime Baby Shower

There is so much to love in this bright baby shower! The mix of colors and patterns are incredibly playful and uplifting–perfect for Spring.  The type and graphics mimic those of a beautiful children's book.  And I love how the curtains, treats and mama-to-be's outfit complement the decor as well!  There is a lot of great inspiration here too for your Easter entertaining.
