Small Servings

Usually when I entertain, I prefer food buffets made up of finger foods and "small bites." A collection of small portions makes a great presentation, and I find the food goes quicker because people don't think they're eating too much! Smaller portions encourage guests to try a little of everything and they are a little easier to handle, when they are also managing their cocktails.

So, I was so happy to see that Pier 1 Imports recently introduced a "Tasting Party" collection. How great does this look?! The collection includes mini-cordials, canoe trays, platters, mini martini glasses and other "sampler" sets.
