TROLL-RIFIC BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Colorful, creative and fun – for both kids and adults. That's everything you want for a child's 5th birthday party. Trolls was the perfect theme to help this DIY mom accomplish it all. How much do you love the troll headbands as photo props?! The paper flower backdrop is stunning and the sprinkle birthday cake is just perfect. FLORAL FIRST BIRTHDAY

Bright colorful florals helped set the stage for this little one's big first birthday. As part of the celebration photos of each month of Astelena's first year of life were featured as banners and in frames. She even got her own smash cake to play with! LUMBERJACK THEMED SMASH CAKE SESSION

Your party decor can play double duty! This DIY mama had a lumberjack themed birthday party for her son's first year birthday and used some of the decor for a pre-party photo shoot. She actually made the fabric banner, as well as many of the other props. Apart from the great decor, I really love the idea of the one year old holding an infant picture of himself. Such a sweet sentiment! Plus, the setting Texas photographer, Jessica Pledger, chose was the perfect backdrop, enhancing the props and shoot overall. Check out how much fun this one year old had smashing his cake!

INSPIRATIONAL BAT MITZVAH

A bat mitzvah is such a special milestone for young girls. To use the occasion to be inspirational to others makes it even more special. A photography pre-shoot helped establish the look of the event. The photos were a great complement to the signage used throughout the event's design. I especially love the sparkly accents, personalized bags and cake. And what a way to end the night--but with a treat from the ice cream truck!
