ARTSY RAINBOW PARTY

Wedding planner, Katie, of Day Planner Events, threw a colorful and fun rainbow party for her most important client, her daughter. Based on her daughter's love of art and everything crafty, she transformed her husband's gym into a bright and colorful space where 14 little girls could create their own masterpiece, bracelets and enjoy an amazing rainbow cake by Icing and Sprinkles. TISSUE PAPER WALL LETTERS

This project from for the love of... is a great 3D decor item for your party backdrops.  It really makes an impact on the wall.  Instead of tissue paper, you could cover the letters with gems–but just make sure the letters don't get too heavy to hang.  Find the full tutorial here.

CORAL BEACH WEDDING

How many of you thought to have a beach wedding when you got married?  Any of you thinking about having a beach wedding?? This relaxed rustic nautical wedding set in North Carolina might convince you to do it!  The coral decor used here is perfect for a beach wedding–and would work for any outdoor summer party.  I love the shell boutonniere and the cake is hysterical! Photographer Bryce Lafoon in North Carolina gave them a great mix of fun and romantic photos to remember their big day.

1st BIRTHDAY CIRCUS PARTY

There was a lot of clowning around in this fun and colorful circus party!  Even mom and dad got into the act dressing up like a clown and ring master.  A room was transformed into a big top that welcomed guests with carnival-like sweets and treats. The cake itself is a masterpiece! A magician, face painter and balloon artist kept guests totally entertained. Kristeen Marie Photography in Indiana took and submitted all the picture perfect details!

CHARMING INN BABY SHOWER

Sweet details, soft colors and a beautiful venue provided by Sweet Dreams Heritage Inn & Cakery in British Columbia, Canada, made this baby shower a perfect day for the mom-to-be and her guests. Guests enjoyed deliciously presented food catered by the Inn and the beautiful outdoors surroundings. Photographer, FRESH, captured and submitted all the charming details. Enjoy!

FRUIT LOOP CUPCAKE TOPPER

Have you ever made necklaces with your kids using Fruit Loops and pipe cleaners?  Well, this idea over at Momtastic takes that concept, but turns it into shapes to use as cupcake toppers. Love it because you can try any shape like a diamond or star.  Find the original tutorial here.

VALENTINE'S DAY CLASS PARTY VIGNETTES

The girls had a great time Friday in their classroom Valentine's Day parties. I didn't have anything to do with the planning, so I got to totally relax by just helping the kids do their crafts. The classroom coordinators took care of all the planning. They had some fun games and crafts all the kids enjoyed.

Kids made their own monster mailboxes to hold their valentine cards.

Our mustache valentines were a hit!

Ladybug tic tac toe game was a craft and these robot snacks were super cute!

A heart sun catcher was another craft. Totally forgot to take a photo until we got home!

And fun "minute to win it" games ended the party.

ADORABLE VALENTINE'S DAY SHOOT

Happy Valentine's Day! I can't help sharing this adorable Valentine's Day shoot from Jenna Norman Photography, in California.  This was actually done as two mini shoots, but in my mind I'm thinking this handsome little boy is driving to drop off roses to his little crush and she is giggling as she plays hard to get. OPEN WHEN LETTERS FROM LIFE LOVE LAUREN: A series of letters that can be opened at the recipient's whim.  "Open when you need a pep talk"... "Open when you are bored."  It's a very thoughtful gift that can be done for an adult or child.

PANCAKES & PAJAMAS PARTY

Little Lila woke up to pancakes and pajamas for her third birthday! There was a great selection of pancake toppings and custom sweets to enjoy.
