Frame and Paper Banner

This banner made by Landee See Landee Do is ideal for any milestone occasion since it includes the frames to let you display photos.  This was originally made for a wedding, but it would work so well for a birthday (to show photos from the year); retirement party or bridal shower (displaying photos of the couple).  The small ribbon touches finishes it off really well.  Find the full tutorial here.
