I hope each of you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Like most of you, Memorial Day weekend for me kicks off everything that has to do with summer: barbecues, enjoying the water, wearing white... and it brings back memories of going to the beach. Since I no longer live near the ocean I love to find small ways to bring the beach to me. That's why I especially love these colorful sandy vases. The bright sand colors and texture can turn a dull bottle into a lovely vase. Pretty enough to use as shower centerpieces, and affordable enough to do for a craft get-together over the summer.
